OBAMACARE PLANS TO GUT MEDICARE
Contrary to the BS you’re being fed by the Dems and the MSM, the Paul Ryan Plan is a responsible alternative to the disastrous monstrosity known as Obamacare. The Ryan Plan cuts $6.2 trillion in spending from Obama’s budget over the next 10 years and actually addresses paying off our national debt. “The truth is that the Obama health law reduces future funding for Medicare by $575 billion over the next 10 years and spends the money on other programs, including a vast expansion of Medicaid. In 2019, Medicare spending under the Obama health law is projected to be $14,731 per senior, instead of $16,162 if the law had not passed, according to Medicare actuaries (Health Affairs, October 2010)……Yet if the president and the Democratic Party successfully bamboozle voters, they may win back independents and registered Democrats who voted for Republicans in 2010. The 2012 election could turn on this falsehood.” (Medicare as We’ve Known it Isn’t an Option) ~Betsy McCaughey, former Lt. Governor, NewYork State
Kathy Hochul seems to be gaining, because people are being successfully bamboozled. PLEASE FWD THIS ALONG TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW IN THE 26TH.
Jane needs to drop all the silly puppet ads, forget Jack Davis and have a fireside chat about the reality of the Ryan Plan vs. Obamacare. On camera, face to face with the voters, mano y mano (or wo-mano y wo-mano) Don’t take the moderate approach. Take the TRUTHFUL approach.
- Obamacare Flatlining Fast By Betsy McCaughey – May 17, 2011
“Constitutional scholar and patient advocate Betsy McCaughey says the growing number of Obamacare waivers being awarded is more than enough reason for the GOP to demand repeal of the signature healthcare law in exchange for raising the debt ceiling. Repeal would translate into $750 billion in concrete savings during the first decade, McCaughey also said Monday on Fox News.”
- Quid Pro Quo For Raising the Debt Ceiling: Repeal The Health Law BY: BETSY MCCAUGHEY – MAY 12, 2011
“Tea Partiers stormed Washington DC on Monday to demand reductions in federal spending as the price for raising the federal debt ceiling. The conventional wisdom in Washington is that major spending reductions will have to wait until after the 2012 election, when the Democratic and Republican parties can lay out their competing visions. Don’t be bamboozled. The 2010 election, only seven months ago, was a repudiation of Congress’s spendaholic ways.” Read more here:

Republicans Face No-Win Situation in New York
By Stuart Rothenberg – Roll Call – May 19, 2011, Midnight
For Davis, considering his refusal to address very many issues beyond trade and his long history of not answering questions — See Is Jack Davis Fit To Be In Congress? – NY26th: You Be The Judge — one wonders if he believes money alone will propel him into office. Or perhaps he actually intends to punish the Republicans by splitting the line and handing the seat to Hochul. If Corwin loses this seat, we will all have Davis, Ostrowski, Coniglio, DiPietro, Matuszak, oh, and Scherrer to thank. The five man band that calls themselves a tea party coalition will have successfully stuck it to the local and national Tea Party Movement.
Their determination to throw a great conservative candidate under the bus to punish a couple of bad guys in the Republican machine (and of course us, the 8+ actual WNY Tea Party groups, their former friends and natural allies) has blinded them to the reality that we will be left with no Congressional representation in this area, and their vitriolic need for payback will have helped drive our state and nation further into debt. No doubt, that was their end-game. Well, it is what it is, and so be it.

Paladino likes Corwin, Davis not so much
Well done, but I sure wish somebody would read these Alerts.. (heheh..)
Did I mention the Repubs & Reformers need to focus on the fact that OBAMACARE PLANS TO GUT MEDICARE~?
The Caputo Chronicles
Agent of Chaos, Intrepid Defender of the Status Quo, Insipid Campaigner for the Status Cuomo and yet another one who fancies himself a Clandestine Master Manipulator, Michael Caputo is unrelenting in his quest to turn the solidly Republican Red 26th Congressional District blue. We now have unconfirmed reports that Caputo is being paid by the Hochul Campaign. Like the sentinel machines that converge on the good ship Nebuchadnezzar in The Matrix, his tentacles are reaching into every crevice, trying to wreak as much havoc as possible.
Too many unsavory activities point to an increasingly unsavory character: Setting up the Paladino Campaign for failure, his plea to Tea Party leadership in Oneonta for Cuomo’s Tax Cap sham while misrepresenting Carl, his efforts to get $50,000 to get Bellavia out of the race, his letters on behalf of Bellavia encouraging people to throw Jane Corwin, the most conservative candidate in the NYS Legislature under the bus, ostensibly to punish a couple of bad guys, feeding the fire with the Intrepid Researcher, and now the very real possibility of his working for Kathy Hochul.
Couple that with the Braindead MSM who refuses to tell the truth on Obamacare and the Ryan Plan, and with a wealthy 3rd party Spoiler — again, you have a recipe for disaster. So you can stop wondering why we may well lose this race.
