TEANewYork’s own Mike Madigan has decided to challenge Brian Higgins for the new NY-26 Congressional District~! He needs your help gathering A LOT of signatures on his petitions before April 16th, giving us just two weeks, starting today. His formal press announcement won’t occur until after the petition process, but there is .an article in today’s Buffalo News: GOP’s Madigan steps up to challenge Higgins
Unfortunately, despite clarification to the contrary, and even with Mike’s bio in hand noting his position as Executive Board Member of TEANewYork, somehow reporter Bob McCarthy still indicated Mike is not a member of the Tea Party. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good article!

Obama/SCOTUS Smackdown
Obama, who epitomizes the tyrannical and reckless abuse of power, accused the Supreme Court of being an “unelected group of people” who will have turned to “judicial activism or a lack of judicial restraint” if they strike down Obamacare.
